For my typography class I had to create a unique typeface inspired by vintage signs. Drawing inspiration from the intricate letterforms of an old theatre front sign, I created Florae. Florae features uppercase letters from the Portuguese alphabet. First I drew the concept on graph paper, then adjusted the final forms on Adobe Illustrator.
